CONSULTATION ON THE DEVELOPMENT OF EFFECTIVE FINANCIAL PLANNING

Effective handling of financial operations and planning is indispensable to the future stability and independence of MCM. It recognizes the importance of developing appropriate funding structures in line with international best practices. Therefore, Board of Directors of the MCM invited Dieter Loraine to organize a consultation and advisory session for MCM staff and members.During the session, Mr.Loraine has shared from his immense experience in assisting with media councils around the worldin developing their financial structures. 

As a result of the training, the MCM had devised an effective business plan, and has a btter understanding on how to put the plan into action, thereby ensuring the sustainable and independent operation of the Council in the longterm.
