In celebration of Civil Society Day, more than 70 representatives from the government, media, and civil society gathered for the event. The summit was opened with speeches byHer Excellency Ms. Ina Marčiulionytė, Ambassador and Head of Delegation of the European Union to Mongolia, and U.Tamir, Chair of Board of Directors, Media Council of Mongolia. Dr. Ya.Tuguldur, Advisor to the Women and Youth Brain Pool National Network, Associate Professor at the School of Business Administration and Humanities, Mongolian University of Science and Technology (MUST) on "Accountable Civil Society" quality label draft documentation
During the discussions, participants thoroughly examined the principles of accountability and exchanged ideas. Eighteen civil society organizations committed to further developing, refining, and officially endorsing the initiative’s policy document while collaborating to disseminate it widely.
